The hotel is clean and staff members are outstandingly accommodating. The breakfast is reasonably priced. It boasts an unbeatable and favorable location just off restaurants, the casino, and North Bay. It's located 2 miles from Cranberry Trail. The place provides good prices.

Well-maintained hotel, clean, accommodating staff. Big and fairly quiet room on the main level near the desk, and good pool. Marvellous, favourable location close to casino. Very close to multiple restaurants, and walking trails.

Exceptionally nice location close to the casino, easy to get around.- Just off walking trails and multiple restaurants.- Excellent and outstanding food for breakfast.- Good service and an attached restaurant onsite.- Nice pool.

that we did not have to DRIVE to find a place to eat

the person at the lounge greeted us (6 adults and 6 kids) was rude to us and then sat us in the lounge when the dinning room was empty. She then proceeded to provide the worst service and FOOD! I would NEVER eat in your establishment again, a few of us were SICK from what we ate there. RUDE Servers and awful food, in fact NO ONE not even the kids finished their meals :(

The service here was top-notch, just like we were hoping for. Our room on the main floor was spacious and absolutely awesome - we loved it! The location was spot on, right next to scenic walking trails, hidden gems, and a variety of restaurants 🌲.

Friendly, attentive but not overbearing or in-your-face staff. Extra Blankets available in drawers (at least in the Pink Room) Room was warmed to 80F before we arrived. Bed was comfortable.

Main Entry has only Stairs or a "suicide ramp" that you'd never be able to push a wheelchair up. Little things like paint needing retouching in spots. Only a coffee maker available in room for making tea - makes for gross tasting tea
